| Article number: kb-15 | Q. DNS - Domain Name Servers
A. All our customers need to point the DNS for their domain names to our servers. This can be done through your FreeCpanels.com account area if you registered your domain name with us (we do this for you at registration time). If your domain name is owned by another registrar then you need to login to your account at that registrar or contact them in order to make the DNS adjustments on your domain name.
For the correct DNS information for your hosting account, please check your hosting details email we sent you when your hosting plan was activated. You can also find this information by logging into your billing account on our website or simply contacting us.
