| Article number: kb-19 | Q. Upgrading your hosting plan
A. Beside your hosting plan (in your account area) you will see the upgrade icon. Click this icon to upgrade your hosting plan. Your new plan will be active as soon as we receive payment.
NOTE: If you would like to change your term on your new hosting plan, eg. from free-monthly to pay-yearly or from free-yearly to pay-monthly, please contact support so we can make the appropriate modifications to your existing hosting plan to reflect the new term. Once this modification is made, you can proceed with the upgrade and payment.
Alternatively, you may deposit the required funds into your account and notify us you would like to upgrade your hosting plan through a helpdesk ticket and we will take care of the rest for you.
